At CLC Fitness the training is all about you. Following an initial consultation, a training programme will be devised to suit your objectives, your needs and your lifestyle. I provide the motivation, encouragement and expertise, all I ask is that you bring a smile!

 Where do we workout?

I am a mobile personal trainer, working in Guildford and the surrounding villages. I aim to make fitness as accessible as possible to my clients, so I can train you in your home/garden/local park – whatever works best for you – all the kit comes with me.

How long are the sessions?

1 hour.

What about the kids?

If you’re a new mum, then babies are always welcome to our sessions, whether that’s in a buggy as we do a workout in the park, or watching from their bouncy chair at home – there’s no need for you to factor in additional childcare. I can devise a programme that works for you and keeps your little one interested at the same time.

How much does it cost?

I aim to keep pricing simple at CLC Fitness. Sessions are booked in blocks of either 5 or 10 and the more you book, the better the value for money. I also offer single sessions on a pay as you train basis.

As well as one-to-one personal training, I also offer small group personal training, which is great for groups of friends who want to spread the cost and have fun working out together.  I find it can help my clients to reach their goals if they introduce a bit of healthy competition and spur one another on!

One-to-One Training

1 session – £48

5 sessions (use within 6 weeks) – £210 (£42 per session)

10 sessions (use within 12 weeks) – £400 (£40 per session)
