I’m a personal trainer specialising in women’s health and fitness, based in Guildford, Surrey.
Over the years I have worked with women at all stages in life. This has given me a huge breadth of experience in the challenges we might experience as women in relation to our health and fitness, whether in our teens; during pregnancy and the post-natal period; whilst going through the menopause; or in later life. As a specialist women’s PT, I am able to share my knowledge and experience with you, so that you can become the expert on your own body and find what really works for you. This is the key to finding a way of keeping fit that you love and that you will stick with long term.
I believe that exercise should be more than a short term fix or something that we do just to look a certain way. The real beauty of exercise is in the way it can improve your relationship with your body, boosting your wellbeing and mood. I am a passionate advocate of the link between exercise and mental health and my priority is to help all of the women I work with feel better in themselves, both inside and out.
I am an expert practitioner and approved womens’ health blogger for The Luna Hive, the UK’s no.1 women’s health directory. I have an advanced qualification in exercise during pregnancy and the post-natal period and am a proponent of health at every size (HAES).
As well as offering one-to-one sessions, I also teach a weekly Saturday morning HIIT class in my village just outside of central Guildford. It’s a super-friendly class and new faces are always welcome!
