My Story.

Hey, I’m Carly — founder of CLC Fitness, former lawyer, and women’s midlife health specialist.

I work with smart, proactive women in their 40s and 50s who are doing everything “right”… but still feel flat, foggy, or frustrated with their body.

Not because they’re not trying (quite the opposite!), but because the old methods stopped working.

Here’s the truth most fitness professionals won’t tell you:
Midlife is not about doing more.
It’s about doing differently - with a method that works with your changing physiology, not against it.

That’s what I teach inside my online classes and programmes:

  • Fitness that adapts to your hormones, energy, and schedule.

And no…I wasn’t the “sporty one” at school and I didn’t always love exercise. I came to this work after my own burnout, body confusion, and the all-too-familiar “where the hell do I start?” feeling.
So I know how daunting it can be to begin again.
