I’m not sure I’m in perimenopause… Or maybe I’m through it already? Will the Reboot still help me?
Absolutely. Yes - The Reboot is a space where we talk about openly what your hormones are doing. But - there is so much more to midlife than oestrogen and progesterone. Whether your hormones are throwing daily curveballs, you haven’t got a clue what’s going on (but feel that something’s changing) or they’ve settled into their new rhythm, your body still benefits from support. The Reboot is built to help you feel stronger, more energised and more in control - regardless of where you are on the timeline. What if don’t have time? Will I fall behind?

Hi, I’m Carly….
I didn’t grow up as the sporty kid. I didn’t even start this career until my maternity leave.
But something shifted after having my kids. I found myself craving strength, energy, a way back to myself - and that’s what led me to train as a PT. Not because I wanted to “bounce back”, but because I wanted to feel at home in my body again.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked exclusively with women, helping them navigate everything from postpartum recovery to the big, messy middle of perimenopause. Before I moved into the fitness world, I was a lawyer - which means I bring the same attention to detail and evidence-led thinking to the work I do now.
And when I hit 40 and I noticed things changing, first hand? I realised how little of the industry was actually speaking to us. Not the Instagram girlies. Not the wellness warriors. But smart, motivated women with busy lives and zero time to waste on fluff.
